What do the Adult Group Fitness classes entail?
FutbolerFit 60 is a sport-inspired, cross-training approach to fitness that brings an all around athletic approach to the mainstream fitness industry. Our workouts are 55 minutes long and include strength training, endurance training, and high-intensity interval training that will have you both building strength and crushing endurance! Better yet, our classes are led by certified trainers to ensure proper movement and intensity.
How often do you recommend coming to workout?
If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 3 workouts a week, with the goal of working up to 3-5 workouts a week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days.
Do I have to be fit to start?
No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have a fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our programs are designed for universal scalability, making them the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
Our class and online programming will include a strength portion in which you’ll work on something like squatting, deadlifting, or bodyweight strength. After the strength, we also include a hiit portion for high intensity interval training in order challenge the body and to build more strength endurance. Lastly, we finish on conditioning in order to of course crush some cardio and build those engines.

What can I expect from my first workout?
For starters...an unreal workout experience! Secondly, we ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes beforehand to go over your goals, the workout, and answer any questions you may have for us. Then it's time for our coaches to start leading you in your fitness journey.

We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept cash or personal checks.
Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?
No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
