Utilizing 50-55 minutes, our SoccerFit workouts are designed for our youth soccer athletes aged 9 - 15 looking for a well-rounded training session that includes ball mastery, speed and agility, and strength work all in one workout! So regardless, of the day you choose throughout the week, you better believe you will hit all aspects of the sport of soccer.
$20/Session (Classes Are Capped At 12 Athletes)

Speed
Our coaches design workouts that incorporate dynamic drills, plyometrics, and resistance training to develop quickness and explosive power. By improving these key areas, athletes not only increase their on-field performance but also reduce the risk of injury.
Skill
Through a combination of drills, individual feedback, and game-like scenarios, we help players refine their touch, control, and decision-making. Our dedicated coaches foster a supportive environment that encourages creativity and confidence, ensuring each athlete can unlock their full potential.
